After competing in the morning knotting and backstay competitions, we departed from our anchorage off Moreton Island during a wild squall, bound for Tangalooma. During the journey we undertook numerous tacking exercises.
After a scrumptious lunch, we anchored at Tangalooma and most of the crew ventured ashore for an abundance of fun activities including rolling down the sand dunes. After we finished our time ashore, we went back to the ship via the tender for another knotting comp followed by a hot dinner. As we write this, the messdecks are filled with the joyous banter of our one big, happy family!
