We boarded the ship and were taught about the ins and outs of the ship and how to stay safe. Right before we boarded, we saw an egress. It was considered first passenger of the boat. We had our phones taken away so we could enjoy without distractions and get to interact and meet others.
We had butter chicken for dinner and apple pie with custard for dessert. The cook is very nice as was the food. We set up our bunks for the weekend and got prepared for watch duties. Anchor watch has gone smoothly so far with no need to bring anchor up to move.
