What a fantastic day – weather gods looked after us. We departed Rosslyn Bay around 9am, heading south towards Bundaberg. Small crew, so we were all on deck a lot to assist, and we all worked well together. We motor sailed all day as there was very little wind. Whale breaching made our day. We anchored off Cape Capricorn and a small dingy load headed in to take a look at the lighthouse, which took around 15 minutes to walk up. Just had a great dinner of Chicken Stir fry and apple pie and custard for dessert. The lovely Lou, our cook, and backup White Watch member, outdid herself again.
