There once was a crew of Blue
For them, learning to sail was new.
On Dunk they did walk
Three hours of talk
Learning crocs are not the appropriate shoe!
As the sun chased the moon from the sky,
the spirits of blue watch were high.
We polished the brass
the bugle a farce
At last we’d won the knot tie!
The showers on Dunk were a treat
after days of sweating the sheets.
A phone left ashore,
the tender once more
with Mal’s serenading so sweet!
As the sun set out to the west,
The moon rise over H’brook – the BEST!
Sailing into the night
A Mariners delight
Onward, our magnificent quest!
