What a great start to our journey from Hervey bay to Yeppoon. This was a rocky start to our journey. The waves where high and rough, this brought all emotions from our young group taking this journey on the South Passage. Our crew were amazing and took over the running of the ship for us to get rest.
We anchored for the night at Pancake Island. The crew worked tirelessly and did not stop until past 1am. The second day was better. The night time was rocky and rolling but we all seem to get some rest. Travelling to Yeppoon we got to see some dolphins in the water but the journey was great. We finally got to dock at Great Keppel where the kids and staff had some fun on land.
We have had the greatest adventure with this crew looking after us. Our watch leader Stefan was awesome with his direction and looking after his crew. Special thank you to our cook Cath for the amazing food and looking after us on time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the crew thank you to all for giving us an amazing look at your lives on the ship.
