Today we passed the bar. But before that, we went on a huge beach on K’Gari Island and wrote “SAILING CAMP 2025!”. There, we did not spot any dingoes, but we enjoyed soccer, swimming, and walking around with music. It was around lunch time when we crossed over into the ocean. Many people got sick, however our spirits were still high.
Once we were in the ocean, we hoisted the sails once again, but we will need to put them back down at around 12am. We had pleasurable weather throughout the day, and we saw multiple dolphins, jellyfish, a whale and fluorescent waves. The food was also a big hit among our crew! Today taught us what it means to support one another and work as a team. We are now heading towards Moreton Bay to anchor at Tangalooma.
