REPORT: Red Watch
We started the watch at 12:00am, shining brass in the cold spitting rain. However, an upside to this is we saw a whale, potentially giving birth. That was coolio. We went from Pioneer Bay to Hinchinbrook Channel, working our daily rounds in our watches. The conditions were rather windy and sometimes a little rainy, we had to work hard to keep the ship on course, because of big waves. Overall, a very successful day of sailing on the South Passage and we saw four whales and many many waves.
