Happy Monday – that’s exactly what it was for all of us on board South Passage today. We woke up at one of Whitsundays most incredible beaches, Whitehaven beach to a stunning sunrise.
We motored around the corner to Tongue Point to head ashore to walk up to the lookout at Hill End. It was an easy walk up the hill to the Lookout which overlooked all of Whitehaven beach and the Whitsunday’s. The colours of the ocean were amazing, like something off a postcard. Some of us had a swim off the beach and some of us had a swim off the ship.
Then we set sail for Cape Gloucester, arriving around 4.30pm. Still not much wind around but stunning views all the way. We had an early dinner on board and some of us headed across to the mainland to have a cool drink at Monty’s Resort. What a day. We are living our best lives right now. Rachael, Sharyn and Louise.
