CLIENT: Churchie Year 10
VOYAGE NUMBER: 20241118
FROM: Manly To: Manly
DATE: 20 November 2024
POSITION: Bulwer, Moreton is
REPORT: Blue Watch
Today we sailed out of the bay into the open ocean with high hopes. As the waves got bigger our spirits got higher seeing dolphins and having fun on the free-falling waves. Some sea sickness in the crew caused all of the watches to be running one or more man short creating the need to merge members from other watches to preform vital tasks such as gybing. As the day went on most chose to sleep below deck to pass the time whilst some sat above deck or to be on watch. Other than gybing there were no other major events that occurred on the ship and in an overall image the day was uneventful for the South Passage.
