CLIENT: Saint Stephens College
VOYAGE NUMBER: 20220404
FROM: Manly to Manly
DATE: 4 April 2022
POSITION: Peel Is
REPORT BY: Blue Watch
Today we got on to the ship at 8:30am and we had an interesting briefing that taught us about the rules of the ship such as no running or jumping, then we left the port at about 10:00am. To be honest it was kind of slow but being able to sit in the hammock at the front of the ship made up for it.
Today was an eye-opening experience because we got to experience many things that people don’t get to experience in everyday life, such as sailing a ship. After a while we got to jump off the ship and take a swim. This was very fun, however, many people experienced hardships overcoming their fears of jumping of the ship.
The food was delicious, and Hugh the chef did an awesome job catering for all 30 people on board, proving that he is one of the most important people on board. According to Mr Gunput, it was a unique and special experience so far. Based on what we experienced today, I am looking forward to the rest of the week! Owen
