CLIENT: School Holiday Youth Voyage

VOYAGE NUMBER:  20210705

FROM: Townsville to Townsville

DATE: 7 July 2021

POSITION:  Orpheus Is

REPORT BY: White Watch

We woke up at 6am and polished the brass and then Isabelle played the bugle to wake up the sleeping crew. At 6:30, we had a yummy breakfast of cereal, toast, baked beans, scrambled eggs, and porridge. We then left Rattlesnake Island by raising the anchor by hand. Then we sailed north to Orpheus Island.

We stopped and played in the water and on the beach. Most of the kids kissed the mermaid statue. There was a pod of dolphins, a whale, and a turtle. There was some coral, a giant clam, and zebra fish. We had a figure of eight tying competition that we won! After that, we had a fire drill where we had to use a manual water pump which none of us had used before. Overall, it was a good day!
