We woke up at 1:00 am to do our log books and to make the nightly report. We then slept until 6:00 am. When we woke up, we had a cold breakfast and then participated in a knot tying competition where we did the reef knot.
We then ate hot breakfast and went ashore to the sand dunes on Moreton Island and explored. We saw a stingray and a turtle on the dinghy trip over. We then ate a hamburger lunch and raised the sails and departed towards Southport.
